1. Versions
Web Version
Access: Open your preferred browser and navigate to http://planner.coversolutions.app.
Requirements: A modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
Android Version
Installation: Download the Cover Solutions Planner Application from the Google Play Store.
Requirements: Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or newer.
iOS Version
Installation: Download the Cover Solutions Planner Application from the Apple App Store.
Requirements: iOS 13.0 or newer.
2. Adding a Task
Web: Click the "Add" button, enter your task details, and save.
Android & iOS: Tap the "+" icon on the main screen, enter your task details, and tap "Save" or "Done".
3. Viewing Tasks
Web: Your tasks will be listed on the main page.
Android & iOS: Your tasks will be displayed in a list format on the main screen.
4. Updating a Task
Web: Click on a task to edit its details. Save once done.
Android & iOS: Tap on a task to open its details. Make your edits and tap "Save" or "Done".
5. Deleting a Task
Web: Click the "Delete" button next to the task you want to remove.
Android & iOS: Swipe left on a task and tap the "Delete" option.
6. Troubleshooting
Problem: Tasks aren't updating in real-time.
Solution: Ensure you have an active internet connection. Refresh the page or restart the app if needed.
Problem: App crashes upon opening.
Solution: Ensure you have the latest version installed. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the application.
